Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
789e is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing the first withdrawal request, and may conduct verification at any point during the account lifecycle. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Acceptable documents include:
789e reserves the right to request additional verification documents, including proof of address or source of funds, in accordance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 789e may result in account access restrictions or closure.
The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their 789e login credentials, including username, password, and any OTP or biometric authentication method associated with the account. Players must not share login credentials with any third party.

All deposits to a 789e account are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 789e accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Internet Banking, BPI Online, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay network transfers.
Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. 789e does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, the Player's payment provider may apply separate charges at their discretion.
Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of payment. 789e is not responsible for delays caused by a Player's payment provider, network outages, or incorrect payment details entered by the Player.
789e reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used for any deposit, in compliance with AML obligations. 789e does not accept deposits in cash or via any cryptocurrency.
Players may submit withdrawal requests for Real Money Funds (funds not constituting active bonus credit) at any time, subject to the following conditions:
789e processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya with a target turnaround of under 10 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 9:00 PM PHT.
789e reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of AML or fraud review procedures. In such cases, the Player will be notified of the review within 24 hours of the request submission.

789e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all associated balances, and report the activity to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities where legally required.

Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted via the 789e live chat or email support channel. Self-excluded Players will be removed from all marketing communications and will not receive bonus offers during the exclusion period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 789e platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of 789e — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 789e account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of 789e that cannot be resolved informally through 789e customer support shall be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, as the competent regulatory authority for licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. PAGCOR's decision in such matters shall be binding on both parties in respect of licensed gaming activities.
